Kronis joins CEIN Digitech programme

Every startup’s journey is a blend of vision, hard work, and strategic growth. At Kronis, we started with a mission: to simplify project management for Horizon Europe initiatives through a powerful, intuitive SaaS solution. Today, that mission is gaining momentum, and we’re excited to announce our participation in the CEIN Digitech Growth Programme 2024, an initiative designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential digital startups.

Why the CEIN Digitech Growth Programme?

The CEIN Digitech Growth Programme is a targeted programme for digital startups in Spain, particularly those in the Navarra region. Its primary goal is to foster the growth of tech companies by providing support and resources to help them scale. This programme is part of the larger CEIN Digitech initiative, which seeks to enhance the digital business landscape by supporting startups at every stage of their journey—from initial ideation to full-scale growth.

The programme’s focus aligns perfectly with our own aspirations at Kronis: we are ready to refine our strategies, scale our operations, and reach new markets across the EU. It’s a unique opportunity to accelerate our growth while receiving expert guidance on key aspects of our business, from financial planning to product development.

A Comprehensive Learning Experience

The CEIN Digitech Growth Programme offers a robust educational framework, combining both online and in-person learning. Over the next several months, Kronis will participate in a series of workshops, totaling 28 hours, alongside individual mentoring sessions. The training is designed to equip us with practical tools to develop a comprehensive growth strategy.

Some of the key areas we’ll focus on include:

  • Business Plan Development: Understanding the fundamentals of building a scalable business plan, from formulating hypotheses to projecting P&L and cash flow.
  • Financing Growth: Exploring different financing models, how to prepare for investment rounds, and understanding the economic and legal conditions surrounding fundraising.
  • Product Development & Go-to-Market Strategy: Refining our product roadmap and aligning it with market needs while also improving our go-to-market approach.

Expert Mentoring Tailored to Our Needs

In addition to group workshops, the programme offers five hours of personalized mentoring sessions, ensuring that each startup, including Kronis, receives tailored advice. We’ll be mentored by industry leaders such as Ernest Sánchez, CEO of Nuclio, and Carlos Blanco, Co-Founder of Encomenda VC. These experts will guide us through the intricacies of scaling a digital business, offering hands-on feedback as we craft our growth plan.

Mentorship is a cornerstone of the CEIN Digitech Growth Programme, and having access to this level of expertise is invaluable for Kronis at this stage of our development.

Preparing for the Next Phase: Scaleup

As part of the programme, we will also have the opportunity to present Kronis at events like the Valencia Digital Summit, a major European tech event that connects startups with international corporations and investors. This exposure is key for our next stage of growth as it opens the door to new partnerships and funding opportunities.

Looking Ahead

Our participation in the CEIN Digitech Growth Programme signifies a major step forward for Kronis. We’re not just refining our product or enhancing our internal processes—we’re laying the groundwork for long-term growth and market leadership. With the support of CEIN, our incredible mentors, and the insights we gain over the next few months, Kronis is poised to transform the way organizations manage complex projects, saving them time and optimizing their resources.

We can’t wait to share updates on our journey and the exciting developments ahead. Stay tuned for more, and don’t forget request a demo to learn how we can help streamline your project management needs today.
