What is considered as an active project?

An active project is any project in which a user needs to work in for a month. During the project activation users can update and modify any information related to the project (timesheets, costs declaration, invoices, etc.). This implies that the dates of the Project Execution could not be equal to the dates for the Project Activation in KRONIS.

What is considered as an active user? 

An active user is any user in the platform that is able to submit information during a given month (i.e. hours or costs declaration).

Can I import my data into Kronis?

Yes, while we are continuously working on adding new integrations, we currently offer the ability to transfer your organization’s basic data directly into Kronis from an Excel file (users, personnel costs, organisation details, calendars, etc.). This allows for a seamless and efficient migration of your existing data into the Kronis platform, ensuring a smooth transition for your organization. 

How can my organization manage previous months within a project in Kronis? 

To manage past months within a project in Kronis you will need to contract the “Activation Package” which includes the activation fee for past projects (25,00€/Project) and past timesheet activation (6,99€/Month/user). This package enables you to effectively handle and account for activities and data from previous months within your projects in Kronis. For more information, please contact sales. These fees are valid during 2024.
