Our Analytics Funding module has received a significant upgrade, with a focus on both functionality and aesthetics. The new design is not just about looking good—it’s about making your work easier and more intuitive. We’ve also expanded export options, allowing you to select only the tables and data you need for your reports. No more unnecessary clutter—just streamlined, precise information.
Additionally, we’ve introduced helpful warnings that guide you directly to any settings that need adjusting. This feature ensures that your configurations are always correct, saving you time and reducing the risk of errors.
🚀 New and Improved Analytics Personnel: Precision at Every Level
Personnel costs are crucial for accurate project justification, and our updated Analytics Personnel tool is designed to make this easier than ever. We’ve introduced calculations per program, whether you’re working with Day-Equivalents for Horizon Europe or hours for Horizon 2020.
With enhanced filtering and ordering options, along with additional columns for detailed personnel expense data, you can now achieve a level of precision that’s essential for your justification needs.
⏱️ Streamlined Analytics Time/Cost: Simplicity Meets Accuracy
After a successful private beta, our Analytics Time/Cost module is now fully live! This feature offers a clear, organized view of your timesheets, broken down by employees, projects, and Work Packages. Visual indicators provide at-a-glance insights into hours reported, whether they’re signed, validated, or saved.
The Cost view aggregates your personnel cost data and clearly indicates whether the data is actual, draft, or yet to be filled in, giving you a comprehensive and easy-to-understand overview.
🏢 Organize with Ease: New Options for a Tidy Workspace
We’ve also made some significant updates to the Organization section. You can now create distinct Personnel Groups, making it easier to manage employees working under different conditions, such as full-time employees and freelancers.
We’ve also added the ability to apply different formulas per program, with existing configurations automatically inherited. This new feature will soon allow you to personalize calculation methods across all programs, giving you even more control over your data.
And of course, everything is now presented in a more user-friendly design—calendars, groups, formulas, and more—making your organizational tasks more intuitive and efficient.
