What it does
Kronis PMO turns Grant Agreements into executable, trackable work. It takes the structure from your GA — work packages, deliverables, partners, reporting periods — and creates a centralised operational workspace where execution actually happens.
Where Kronis Finance handles financial reporting and justification, Kronis PMO handles day-to-day execution: deliverable tracking, partner coordination, activity monitoring, and delivery proof.
Why we built it
Over the past few years working with hundreds of EU project teams, one thing became very clear: financial compliance is only half the battle.
The other half is operational execution. Coordinating deliverables across 10+ partners. Tracking who’s responsible for what. Making sure everything is completed and documented before reporting periods close.
Most coordinators manage this across spreadsheets, email chains, and shared drives. It’s fragmented. It’s error-prone. And it’s invisible to the rest of the consortium until deadlines hit.
